1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and phjj ("Platform", "Service", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the phjj online casino platform located at https://phjj.cam and all associated services, features, content, and applications offered by phjj.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access gaming services on phjj, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. Required information includes but is not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, residential address, and preferred username and password.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) account with phjj. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to close duplicate accounts, void associated wagers and winnings, and confiscate any balances as appropriate.

3.3 Account Security Obligations

4. Deposits and Account Funding

4.1 Deposit Methods

phjj accepts deposits through various payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers via Philippine banking institutions (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Landbank, and others), and credit/debit cards. Available payment methods and applicable limits are displayed in the account deposit interface and may vary based on your account status and verification level.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are established for each payment method and are clearly displayed during the deposit process. These limits may be adjusted from time to time at phjj's sole discretion. Higher deposit limits may be available to verified accounts and VIP members.

4.3 Source of Funds

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the phjj platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction, subject to applicable conversion fees charged by your payment provider.

5. Withdrawals and Payouts

5.1 Withdrawal Processing

phjj endeavors to process withdrawal requests within one to two (1-2) hours for GCash transactions, subject to account verification and compliance checks. Processing times for other withdrawal methods may vary. 11. Account Closure and Suspension

11.2 Suspension and Termination by phjj

phjj reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abuse of bonuses or promotions, or any other reason deemed appropriate at our sole discretion. In cases of termination for breach of Terms, we may confiscate account balances and void pending wagers.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PHJJ AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless phjj and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of phjj services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Manila, Philippines.

15. Dispute Resolution

15.1 Informal Resolution

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service, you agree to first contact phjj customer support to attempt an informal resolution. Most disputes can be resolved quickly and satisfactorily through direct communication.

15.2 Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any unresolved dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center. The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Manila, Philippines. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding upon both parties.

15.3 Class Action Waiver

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL DISPUTES MUST BE BROUGHT ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS PART OF A CLASS ACTION, CONSOLIDATED ACTION, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION AGAINST PHJJ.

16. Changes to Terms

phjj reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated through email notification, platform announcement, or other appropriate means. Continued use of the Service following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must discontinue use of the Service and close your account.

17. Severability
